Conditioning

Constantly varied sessions to offer you ultimate fitness training in a small, personal group setting. Over the course of a week you'll cover anything from metabolic conditioning workouts, resistance training sessions, shorter max effort high intensity intervals or more challenging efforts. There’s no guesswork here – our coaches' knowledge and experience means that your programming is right for YOU. These sessions will re-shape you and how you define fitness. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Strength

Barbell based training, designed to increase maximal strength and power. Individually programmed, we recommend a commitment of 3 months minimum to achieve optimal results. Includes 1 to 1 start up sessions and all ongoing analysis and assessment. Achieve more with support and guidance every time you lift! Ideal for athletes looking to improve sports performance & make themselves injury proof, and gym goers who want to get stronger (and bigger if that’s your thing). This is the programming we strongly recommend for older adults who want to turn their health around and continue to enjoy life in their days and days in their life.

Bridge

Exactly what it says on the tin! A bridge between our strength programming and our conditioning sessions. A more flexible way to get the benefits of everything we have to offer at Odin. In every session you’ll have your hands on the barbell under the watchful eye of our expert coaches AND get involved in a HIIT workout. If you want to reverse the effects of a sedentary lifestyle, reshape your body, preserve lean muscle, and burn fat…Bridge@Odin is for you. Resistance training alongside effective cardio, at times to suit you and your lifestyle. Forget the weight on your bathroom scales – focus on the weight on the bar and you’ll soon see and feel the changes.
